How To Deactivate Your Existing Simulation Software License

The main reason it may be necessary to deactivate and re-activate your software license:
You purchased a new computer and wish to use the software on that computer.
This document includes the steps necessary to de-activate your software license on one computer and then re-activate it on a different computer.
Note: If your computer failed and cannot be used, contact us for assistance with your activation.

1. If possible, first deactivate the software license on your existing computer:
   Select the License Manager Icon

2. You will then see the License Manager screen.

3. Select the Deactivation Option on your existing computer:

Your software has been deactivated.

4. Now activate the software license on your new computer:

Be sure to key in your Activation Key, Name, and e-mail address.
Now you should be able to use your software license on your new computer.

5. Open your software and begin to use it.
